乡村振兴战略下高校毕业生农村就业的困境及对策研究

乡村振兴背景下,农村为高校毕业生创造广阔的就业空间,在一定程度上缓解就业压力,优化高校毕业生人才资源配置,同时为乡村振兴战略的实施提供人才保障,推动农村现代化建设发展.但是,在社会、政府、高校和高校毕业生自身因素的影响下,高校毕业生农村就业并非一帆风顺,而是面临着现实困境,需要采取有效手段进行解决.鉴于此,该文从分析高校毕业生农村就业的现实困境入手,提出针对性现实对策,以期促进高校毕业生农村就业,真正为乡村振兴作贡献.
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,the rural areas have created a broad employment space for college graduates,alleviated the employment pressure to a certain extent,optimized the allocation of human resources for college graduates,and provided talent guarantee for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It has promoted the development of rural modernization.However,under the influence of the society,the government,universities and college graduates themselves,the rural employment of college graduates is not plain sailing,but is facing a realistic dilemma,which needs to be solved by effective measures.Therefore,this paper starts with the analysis of the realistic predicament of college graduates'rural employment,and puts forward targeted realistic strategies in order to promote college graduates'rural employment and really contribute to the revitalization of rural areas.
