河南农村"基层党建+集体经济(合作社)"引领乡村振兴的现状及路径研究

摘要
要实现中国式现代化首先要实现农业现代化,实现农业现代化离不开乡村振兴.河南省通过"基层党建+集体经济(合作社)"引领乡村振兴.在现实实践中,存在基层党建人才缺乏、党建引领动力不足、基层党建流于形式、党建治理能力不强、缺乏有效人才激励保障机制,以及基层党组织凝聚力不足的现状.针对以上问题,从基层党组织人才队伍建设、基层党组织自身建设、基层党组织体制建设等几个方面提出新时代农村"基层党建+"引领乡村振兴的有效实践路径.
Abstract
In order to realize Chinese-style modernization,we must first realize agricultural modernization,which is inseparable from rural revitalization.Henan Province leads the revitalization of rural areas through Party building and collective economy(cooperatives).In practice,there remain problems such as a lack of grass-roots Party building talents,inefficient leadership in Party building,absence of drive in grass-roots Party building,weak governance ability of Party building,lack of effective talent incentive and guarantee mechanism,and lack of cohesion of grass-roots Party organizations.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the effective practice path of rural grass-roots"Party building plus"leading rural revitalization in the new era from several aspects,such as the construction of talent team of grass-roots Party organizations,the self-construction of grass-roots Party organizations and the system construction of grass-roots Party organizations.
