摘要
为进一步促进农业高质量发展,推动农业供给侧结构性改革,我国在智慧农业建设方面作出重大部署.该文首先介绍智慧农业的提出背景和内涵,分析当前我国智慧农业发展情况,指出我国智慧农业发展存在的问题,从完善顶层设计、提升核心技术、培育新型经营主体和深化产学研用联动等方面提出推动我国智慧农业高质量发展的路径与对策建议.
Abstract
In order to further promote the high-quality development of agriculture and promote the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,China has made major arrangements for the construction of smart agriculture.This paper first introduces the background and connotation of smart agriculture,analyzes the current development of smart agriculture in China,and points out the problems existing in the development of smart agriculture in China.From the aspects of improving the top-level design,upgrading the core technology,cultivating a new type of management main body,and deepening the linkage of industry,university,research and application,this paper puts forward the paths and countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of smart agriculture in China.
