This study constructs the evaluation index system of county rural industry,defines the strategic status of rural industries,formulates scientific industrial development optimization measures,improves farmers'lives,promotes rural modernization,and provides a reference basis for county rural industrial development decision-making.Through the SPACE matrix of strategic position and action evaluation,the evaluation index system of rural industry is constructed from four aspects:financial advantage,competitive advantage,environmental stability and industrial advantage.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight.Agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishing in Zhenxiong County has a competitive strategic position,industry,construction,transportation,warehousing logistics and post,wholesale and retail,real estate and other service industries belong to aggressive strategy,accommodation and catering industry is defensive strategy,and financial industry is conservative strategy.The development of Zhenxiong County started relatively late,but the Rural Revitalization Strategy and government support brought it great potential.In the future,we should focus on developing rural leading industries,increase investment and promote the rapid development of the industry.
