With the growth rate of urbanization in China,a large number of rural populations have entered cities,and the hollowing out and idle houses in rural areas are increasing day by day.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct transformation research on them.Based on the reality of rural idle houses and refers to excellent cases of functional transformation of idle houses,this study proposes to combine idle houses with rural tourism and rural homestays,and then constructs a research path for the functional transformation of rural idle houses,mainly focusing on rural homestays to create high-quality ecological homestays,introducing self media traffic,attracting talents and talents for double innovation and development,developing the health industry,and appropriately incorporating art intervention,in order to provide scientific reference and practical reference for the functional transformation of idle rural houses in China from the perspective of rural tourism.
