中药药渣再利用的综合研究进展

新型能源体系的构建离不开加快推动如风能、生物质能等可再生能源的利用与发展.中药药渣作为大量存在的生物质能能源,往往得不到有效利用被废弃,传统的焚烧方式既污染环境又造成资源浪费.现有的机器化处理方式仍存在成本巨大、不够普适、污染环境和浪费能源等不足.废物再利用的方式往往会根据其本身特性进行加工及转化,该文总结近年来中药药渣再利用的方式,从中药药渣的直接再提取利用延长中药的使用周期,利用其物理特性及生物特性转化成相应特性的其他资源应用三方面对中药药渣再利用的研究展开综合分析,以期循环利用其蕴含的生物质能,探索药渣"变废为宝"新思路.
The construction of a new energy system is inseparable from accelerating the utilization and development of renewable energy such as wind energy and biomass energy.As a large amount of biomass energy,traditional Chinese medicine residue is often discarded without effective utilization.The traditional incineration method not only pollutes the environment but also causes waste of resources.The existing mechanized processing methods still have some shortcomings,such as huge cost,not universal,environmental pollution,waste of energy and so on.The way of waste reuse is often processed and transformed according to its own characteristics.This paper summarizes the ways of reuse of traditional Chinese medicine residue in recent years,prolonging the use cycle of traditional Chinese medicine from the direct extraction and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine dregs,and comprehensively analyzes the research on the reuse of traditional Chinese medicine dregs by using its physical and biological characteristics into the corresponding characteristics of other resources,in order to recycle the biomass energy contained in it and explore the new idea of"turning waste into treasure".
