运用"朋辈效应"缓解农村青年人才流失问题的路径研究

青年是我国改革、发展的重要动力,是最有力量的"强国一代",对我国政治、经济、社会等多个领域都产生重要的贡献.在新时代背景下,参与乡村振兴是作为"强国一代"的青年应当承担和肩负的重要责任.2024 年中央一号文件再次提出"壮大乡村人才队伍",通过实施乡村振兴人才支持计划,加强对乡村本土人才的培养,全面提高农民的综合素质.解决农村地区青年人才流失问题刻不容缓.
Abstract
Youth is an important driving force for China's reform and development,and the most powerful generation of"strong countries".They have made significant contributions to various fields such as politics,economy,and society in China.In the context of the new era,participating in Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important responsibility that young people,as the"strong generation",should undertake and shoulder.In 2024,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China again proposed to"strengthen the rural talent team",strengthen the training of rural local talents and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of farmers by implementing the talent support plan for Rural Revitalization Strategy.Therefore,it is urgent to address the issue of youth talent loss in rural areas.
