Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the leading role of party building in rural governance has become more prominent.Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the problems such as the insufficient organizational strength of grass-roots party building,the shortage of professional party building talents,the lack of joint force of rural governance,and the lack of spiritual power of grass-roots party building,and puts forward that we should give full play to organizational leadership and strengthen the organizational leadership of party building over rural governance;give full play to the wisdom to lead and build a professional grass-roots party building organization;give full play to the joint efforts to lead and build a community of rural governance forces.Giving full play to ideological guidance and strengthening the construction of rural culture and other optimization paths is of great significance to strengthen party building and lead rural governance in the new era.
