在乡村振兴战略的背景下,农村生态治理是推动农村生态文明建设、改善农村人居环境、优化农村产业结构、落实中央政策精神和推进乡风文明建设的必要举措.当前,农业生产、农村生活和乡镇工业化进程中的污染问题是主要阻碍,因此,需要树立绿色价值观、坚持绿色发展、发挥政府功能等措施,以推动农村生态治理取得成效,为乡村振兴战略的稳步推进提供生态助力.
In the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural ecological governance is a necessary measure to promote the construction of rural ecological civilization,improve rural living environment,optimize rural industrial structure,implement the spirit of central policy and promote the construction of rural civilization.At present,the pollution problems in agricultural production,rural life and the process of township industrialization are the main obstacles.Therefore,it is necessary to establish green values,adhere to green development,and give full play to the functions of the government,so as to promote the effectiveness of rural ecological governance and provide ecological assistance for the steady promotion of the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
