摘要
该文以广西现代特色番茄产业链为背景,深入研究职业本科教育在该产业链人才培养中的探索与实践.通过对产业链发展趋势、教学改革、未来工作展望等方面的详细分析,揭示特色番茄产业链人才培养的关键问题和未来发展方向.研究发现,实践导向、创新创业教育、跨学科融合等成为职业本科教育的重要趋势,为培养适应产业链需求的全面人才提供指导.最后,提供一些建议和启示,为广西特色番茄产业链人才培养的未来提供深刻的思考.
Abstract
Based on Guangxi modern characteristic tomato industry chain,this paper deeply studies the exploration and practice of vocational undergraduate education in the personnel training of this industry chain.Through the detailed analysis of the development trend of the industry chain,teaching reform and future work prospects,this paper reveals the key problems and future development direction of talent training in the characteristic tomato industry chain.It is found that practice orientation,innovation and entrepreneurship education and interdisciplinary integration have become an important trend of vocational undergraduate education,which provides guidance for training all-round talents to meet the needs of the industrial chain.Finally,some suggestions and inspiration are provided to provide profound thinking for the future of personnel training in Guangxi modern characteristic tomato industry chain.
