The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was adopted,guided by the OBE teaching philosophy,to construct a teaching quality evaluation system for undergraduate agricultural bilingual courses in the context of the new agricultural science.The first level evaluation indicators were qualified teaching staff(A1),teaching process(A2),and teaching effectiveness(A3),with a total of 16 second level evaluation indicators(B1-B16)including teaching morality,teaching philosophy,and student assessment.The OBE teaching philosophy was used as the guiding ideology,and the second level indicators were refined.Factor weights have been determined.Among them,teaching effectiveness(A3)accounted for the highest weight,student assessment(B13),social recognition(B16)two secondary indicators accounted for 50%of the weight,reflecting the OBE teaching philosophy emphasized by the teaching results-oriented evaluation indicators.In order to provide some theoretical reference for the teaching quality evaluation of agronomy bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.
