In the face of the demand for high-quality,professional,applied and other high-level talents in modern agriculture in China,this paper takes the grass major of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example,based on the exploration and practice of applied innovative talent training mode for graduate students for many years.In view of the common problems in the training of graduate students majoring in grass science,this paper constructs a collaborative innovation platform guided by policy and based on"school,school,school".The intersecting and virtuous circle applied innovative talent training mode based on the method of"scientific research-innovation promoting production-discipline,teaching material construction-competition-scientific research",insists on integrated development,open innovation,and strengthens the service ability of talent training and scientific and technological support to enterprises,so as to provide reference for the training of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities in China.
