摘要
新乡贤作为乡村治理的新兴力量,在推进乡村振兴战略中有着重要的价值和意义.同时,新乡贤在参与乡村振兴的过程中也面临着自身角色定位模糊、治理能力有待提升、村民认可不足和参与体制机制不健全等诸多现实困境,需从制度上明确新乡贤角色定位,增强新乡贤自身建设,提升村民对新乡贤的认同感,完善新乡贤参与乡村振兴的体制机制等途径助推新乡贤走出参与乡村振兴的困境.
Abstract
As a new force of rural governance,Xinxiang Xian has important value and significance in promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy.At the same time,in the process of participating in Rural Revitalization Strategy,new rural talents are also faced with many practical difficulties,such as vague role orientation,governance ability to be improved,lack of recognition of villagers,imperfect participation system and mechanism,and so on.It is necessary to clarify the role of new rural talents,strengthen their self-construction,enhance villagers'sense of identity to new rural talents,and improve the system and mechanism for new rural talents to participate in dealing with the difficulties in Rural Revitalization Strategy.
