乡村振兴战略下职业教育产教融合素质人才培养途径探究

乡村振兴战略下,职业教育开展人才培养工作应深化落实产教融合,为乡村振兴输送更多需要人才,同时实现职业教育高质量发展.然而受乡村振兴与职业教育逻辑关系认识不清、人才培养目标不够明确、学生服务乡村意识不强等因素影响,职业教育服务乡村振兴效果不够理想,需要将乡村振兴与职业教育相结合,围绕产教融合对高素质人才培养工作进行深入探究,助力乡村振兴战略目标的有效达成.
Abstract
Under the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy,vocational education should deepen the integration of industry and education,transport more needed talents for Rural Revitalization Strategy,and achieve high-quality development of vocational education at the same time.However,affected by the unclear understanding of the logical relationship between Rural Revitalization Strategy and vocational education,the unclear goal of personnel training,and the lack of students'awareness of serving the countryside,the effect of vocational education serving Rural Revitalization Strategy is not ideal.It is necessary to combine Rural Revitalization Strategy with vocational education and explore the training of high-quality talents around the integration of industry and education,so as to effectively achieve the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
