乡村振兴战略视域下医学生"三下乡"社会实践活动育人工作探索

摘要
"三下乡"即科技下乡、卫生下乡、文化下乡,是为满足广大农民的精神文化需求、推动农村社会发展、改良农村社会风气而开展的一项惠农工程.对于医学生而言,"三下乡"可以具化为"医疗卫生事业下乡",通过参加"三下乡"社会实践,医学生发挥其专业优势,即服务于乡村振兴战略,助力健康乡村的建设,同时在此过程中,学生深入农村、了解基层,培养自身的实践能力和创造能力,提高社会责任感,从而达到立德树人的目的.该文要探讨的主题是,在乡村振兴战略背景下,如何推进医学生"三下乡"社会实践工作的开展,以求达到促进医学生综合素质提升,培养国家战略、社会发展需要的人才.
Abstract
"three going to the countryside",that is,science and technology to the countryside,health to the countryside,and culture to the countryside,is a project to benefit farmers in order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers,promote rural social development,and improve the social atmosphere in rural areas.For medical students,"going to the countryside"can be transformed into"going to the countryside for medical and health undertakings".By participating in the social practice of"going to the countryside",medical students can give full play to their professional advantages,that is,serving the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy and helping the construction of healthy villages.At the same time,in this process,students go deep into the countryside,understand the grass-roots level,cultivate their own practical and creative ability,and improve their sense of social responsibility,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating people.The theme of this paper is how to promote the social practice of medical students'"going to the countryside"in the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students and train talents needed by national strategy and social development.
