With the rapid development of rural e-commerce,the training of localized talents has gradually become a research hotspot.In view of the current situation of the development of rural e-commerce in Changde area,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of localized talent training,and puts forward the training principles such as integration of regional culture,industrial demand orientation and so on.On this basis,a localized training model is designed,which closely combines curriculum design,practical teaching and industry-university-research cooperation.Taking a vocational college as an example,through students'participation in the field project,we have realized an in-depth understanding of the rural e-commerce industry in Changde and improved the ability to adapt to localization.The research shows that this model can effectively train talents who serve the development of local rural e-commerce.This study provides a reference for theoretical research and practical exploration in related fields.
