盐碱条件下油葵品种发芽特性及耐盐性评价

为探讨不同油葵种子萌发期耐盐特性,以 3 个油葵品种为供试材料,在发芽期采用相同质量浓度的混合盐碱处理,研究其对油葵品种主要发芽特性的影响.结果表明,低浓度盐碱(0.2%、0.4%)在一定程度降低出油至尊 909s,s606,NUS606 的发芽率;中高浓度盐碱(≥0.6%)降低各品种种子的发芽率,盐害率则随浓度增大而增大.低浓度的复合盐碱抑制油葵萌发,而高浓度盐碱对供试品种的萌发有强烈的抑制作用.不同品种对盐碱的耐受力不同,低盐碱浓度下出油至尊 909s,s606 表现相似且良好,NUS606 较弱;中高盐碱浓度处理下,s606 表现较好,出油至尊 909s次之,NUS606 较弱.
In order to explore the salt tolerance characteristics of different oil sunflower seeds during germination,three oil sunflower varieties were treated with the same mass concentration of mixed saline-alkali during germination,and their effects on the main germination characteristics of oil sunflower varieties were studied.The results showed that the low concentration of saline-alkali(0.2%,0.4%)reduced the germination rate of oil-producing supreme 909s,s606,and NUS606 to a certain extent;the medium and high concentration of saline-alkali(≥0.6%)decreased the germination rate of all varieties,and the salt damage rate increased with the increase of concentration.Low concentration of compound saline-alkali inhibited the germination of oil sunflower,while high concentration of saline-alkali strongly inhibited the germination of the tested varieties.The tolerance of different varieties to saline-alkali was different.Under low saline-alkali concentration,the performance of s606 was similar and good,and the NUS606 was weak.Under the treatment of medium and high saline-alkali concentration,s606 was better,followed by oil-producing 909s,and NUS606 was weak.
