植物褪黑素及其缓解重金属胁迫研究

重金属污染是全球正在面临的重要问题,随着我国工业的快速发展以及城市化进程的加快,我国农田土壤受到多种重金属污染.褪黑素属于天然吲哚分子中的一种,近乎存在于所有的植物体中,在调节植物自身生长发育,以及缓解来自生长环境中的各种逆境胁迫有着至关重要的作用.该文对近年来有关植物褪黑素参与缓解植物重金属胁迫的研究进展进行总结,并对相关机理进行分析,旨在为今后的研究提供参考和启示.
Heavy metal pollution is an important problem facing the whole world.With the rapid development of industry and the acceleration of urbanization,farmland soil in China has been polluted by many kinds of heavy metals.Melatonin is one of the natural indole molecules,which exists in almost all plants.Melatonin plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development and alleviating various stresses from the growth environment.This paper summarizes the research progress on the role of plant melatonin in alleviating heavy metal stress in plants in recent years,and analyzes the related mechanism,in order to provide reference and inspiration for future research.
