山东省推进农业农村现代化规划的政策文本分析

摘要
通过分析山东省十三份推进农业农村现代化的规划发现,山东省的农业农村现代化规划体现多维融合发展、注重产业融合、立足于地方特色、坚持新技术的运用与通过改革促进农业农村现代化5 个方面的特征.其价值的工作基础在于求真务实的工作作风,其价值的人文起点在于体现人民为中心的基本理念,其价值的生态观念表现为保护生态环境的基本理念,其价值的战略意蕴在于服务于国家发展战略.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the thirteen plans to promote agricultural and rural modernization in Shandong Province,it is found that the agricultural and rural modernization planning in Shandong Province embodies the following five characteristics:multi-dimensional integrated development,focus on industrial integration,basis on local characteristics,persistence on the application of new technology,and promotion of agricultural and rural modernization through reform.The work foundation of its value lies in the realistic and pragmatic work style,the humanistic starting point of its value lies in the embodiment of the basic idea of people-centeredness,and the ecological concept of its value is shown as the basic idea of protecting the ecological environment.The marginal spillover of its value lies in serving the national development strategy.
