新时代乡村教师队伍建设困境及应对策略

摘要
当前,我国已经进入新时代,中国特色社会主义的主要矛盾发生了变化.体现在教育上,主要是人民日益增长的优质教育资源需要和当前优质教育资源发展不平衡不充分之间的矛盾.教师队伍建设在促进我国义务教育均衡发展方面占有至关重要的地位.该文主要从乡村教师师资短缺,难以引进优秀教师;乡村教师培训力度缺失,教师整体专业水准不高;乡村教师编制结构偏差,难以留住优秀教师等问题,探索其原因,通过加强政府宏观调控手段,政策向乡村地区倾斜;构建教师培训新体系,培养"一专多能"型教师;优化乡村教师编制结构,留住优秀乡村教师引导乡村教师自觉学习;树立职业自豪感和自信心等措施解决实际问题.新时代需要一支新的教师队伍来满足学生五育融合式全面发展.
Abstract
At present,China has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has changed.Reflected in education,it is mainly the contradiction between the people's growing need for high-quality educational resources and the current unbalanced and inadequate development of high-quality educational resources.The construction of teachers plays a vital role in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in our country.This paper is mainly from the shortage of rural teachers,it is difficult to introduce excellent teachers;the lack of training of rural teachers,the overall professional standard of teachers is not high;the deviation of the structure of rural teachers makes it difficult to retain excellent teachers;to explore the reasons,through strengthening the government's macro-control means,the policy is tilted to rural areas;to build a new system of teacher training to train"one-specialized and multi-competent"teachers;to optimize the establishment structure of rural teachers,retain excellent rural teachers to guide rural teachers to learn consciously;to establish professional pride and self-confidence to solve practical problems.In the new era,a new team of teachers is needed to meet the all-round development of students'five education.
