The report of the 20th CPC National Congress put forward"comprehensively promoting rural revitalization"and"building livable industries and beautiful villages"and so on.Strengthening the new rural community governance is not only an important part of the modernization of national governance,but also an important task and objective requirement of rural revitalization.First of all,it explains that there is an inherent logic between the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the new rural community governance."effective governance"provides the goal direction for the new rural community governance,and the new rural community governance innovation provides the guarantee support for the rural revitalization.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the new rural community governance in Zhenjiang City,such as the imperfect governance system,the imbalance between service supply and grass-roots demand,and the imperfect security mechanism.Finally,it draws lessons from the community governance experience of Jingkou Road in Zhenjiang City,and discusses the specific implementation path of the new rural community governance from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the three aspects of governance system,service system and service security system.
