摘要
乡村振兴离不开中国共产党的坚强领导.农村基层党建工作是推进乡村振兴事业的有力支撑,是党全面领导农村工作的重要保障.要解决农村基层党组织软弱涣散、人才匮乏、党员管理水平落后等问题,就是要不断提升基层党组织领导力,强化党建人才培养,创新基层党员管理,从而实现党建引领乡村振兴见实效.
Abstract
The work of grass-roots party building in rural areas is a strong support for promoting the cause of rural revitalization and an important guarantee for the Party to lead the rural work in an all-round way.To solve the problems of weakness and laxity of rural grass-roots party organizations,lack of talents,and backward management of party members,it is necessary to constantly improve the leadership of grass-roots party organizations,strengthen the training of party building talents,and innovate the management of grass-roots party members.in order to achieve party building to lead the revitalization of rural areas to see the actual effect.
