情系家乡 人才返乡——乡村振兴背景下返乡创业者典型个案研究

摘要
乡村振兴需要激发人才活力,返乡创业是推动乡村产业发展的重要方式.该文以钟见文先生的创业经历为案例,深入研究返乡创业决心、家乡情怀、商业创新理念、产业技术和信息素养、社会和环境责任 5个因素对返乡创业的影响.研究发现,返乡创业精英在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用.基于创业因素分析,该文就百千万工程、绿美乡村建设、商业素养提升、校企人才培训、自觉履行社会责任 5 个方面提出启示和借鉴.该文旨在为乡村振兴注入新的活力,实现产业、人才和社会责任的有机结合,为推动乡村的可持续发展提出深刻意义.
Abstract
Rural revitalization needs to stimulate the vitality of talents,and returning home to start a business is an important way to promote the development of rural industry.Taking Mr.Zhong Jianwen's entrepreneurial experience as a case,this paper deeply studies the influence of five factors:entrepreneurial determination,hometown feelings,business innovation concept,industrial technology and information literacy,social and environmental responsibility.The study found that returning entrepreneurial elites play an important role in rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial factors,this paper puts forward inspiration and reference from five aspects:tens of millions of projects,Lvmei rural construction,improvement of business literacy,talent training in schools and enterprises,and self-conscious implementation of social responsibility.This paper aims to inject new vitality into the revitalization of the countryside,realize the organic combination of industry,talents and social responsibility,and puts forward profound significance for promoting the sustainable development of the countryside.
