As the ruling foundation of the Party in rural areas,rural grass-roots Party organizations are the main implementers and executors of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The development of rural areas is inseparable from the leadership of grass-roots Party organizations,and the revitalization of rural areas is inseparable from the revitalization of organizations.In the new development stage,the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations is facing new opportunities and challenges,and the Rural Revitalization Strategy also puts forward new requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations.At present,how to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,maximize their organizational advantages,and further promote the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is of far-reaching significance to promote a higher level of rural development.Through the investigation and research on the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City in the context of rural revitalization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:organizational function,institutional function and development function to ensure the effective implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
