摘要

目前乡村振兴十分需要热爱乡村、扎根乡村的涉农营销人才,高职院校市场营销专业在相关人才培养方面起到重要作用.但高职院校在服务乡村振兴的过程中面临着资源不足、人才匹配差距大、农民培训效果不佳和合作机制不健全等挑战,因此要针对性地解决这些挑战.通过培养对口的技术技能人才、引导大学生扎根乡村建设、把人才输送和技术输送相结合、加强服务乡村振兴的教师队伍建设、鼓励开展有关乡村振兴的创新创业项目和搭建简单清晰的服务平台6个方面的路径为乡村振兴提供更有力的服务.

Abstract

At present,rural revitalization needs agriculture-related marketing talents who love and take root in rural areas,and marketing majors in vocational colleges play an important role in the training of related talents.However,in the process of serving the revitalization of rural areas,vocational colleges are faced with challenges such as insufficient resources,talent matching gap,poor effect of farmers'training,imperfect cooperation mechanism and so on.By training corresponding technical and skilled personnel,guiding college students to take root in rural construction,combining talent transport with technology transportation,strengthening the construction of teachers serving rural revitalization,and encouraging innovative and entrepreneurial projects related to rural revitalization,and building a simple and clear service platform,the path of rural revitalization provides more powerful services.
