摘要
以保障粮食安全赋能乡村振兴,是实现乡村振兴的一条重要途径.粮食安全赋能乡村振兴具有三维逻辑,其逻辑生成包括,习近平总书记关于粮食安全工作的重要论述和国家相关政策的支持、保障我国粮食安全是推动乡村振兴的现实需要、确保粮食安全是实现农业强国目标的时代诉求;其逻辑意蕴为保障粮食安全是乡村振兴的题中应有之义、确保粮食安全是乡村产业兴旺的重要任务、保障粮食安全是推动乡村生态振兴的内在动力;其逻辑路径是以粮食安全引领乡村产业振兴、以粮食安全带动乡村生态振兴、以粮食安全助力乡村人才振兴.
Abstract
Empowering rural revitalization with ensuring food security is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Empowering rural revitalization with food security has a three-dimensional logic,its logical generation includes General Secretary Xi Jinping about important discourse on food security work and support from relevant national policies,ensuring food security in our country is a practical need to promote rural revitalization,ensuring food security is the demand of the times to achieve the goal of building a strong agricultural country.The logical implication is that ensuring food security is a necessary part of rural revitalization,ensuring food security is an important task for the prosperity of rural industries,and ensuring food security is an inherent driving force for promoting rural ecological revitalization;The logical path is to lead the revitalization of rural industries with food security,drive rural ecological revitalization with food security,and assist rural talent revitalization with food security.
