Digital economy has become the trend of world economic development,how to use digital technology to empower agricultural and rural modernization and promote rural revitalization is of great significance.In recent years,taking advantage of the east wind of digital economy,Anyang City has accelerated the practice and exploration of digital villages,smart agricultural production,and rammed the digital support of food security;e-commerce livestreaming to help farmers,rapidly improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products;digital upgrading of equipment to achieve cost-saving and efficiency in agricultural production;digital chain development to promote the establishment and promotion of agricultural products brand;quality digital monitoring to provide quality safety guarantee of agricultural products.Digital rural demonstration injects fresh water into the source of rural revitalization;intelligent rural governance gives farmers a digital password for life.However,there are still some restrictions on farmers'digital literacy,digital facilities,digital talents and so on.To break through the constraints and speed up the rural construction empowered by digital technology,it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure,strengthen policy support,attach importance to talent support,promote transformation,and create a good digitally-empowered rural development ecology.
