冬季低温对烟草甲幼虫的影响实验

为了实时监测陕西省延安市地区烟叶原料1号库内外温度变化,探讨其与烟草甲幼虫致死率的关联性.实验通过将烟草甲幼虫暴露在冬季不同的低温环境中,通过不同的处理时间,观察其存活率、繁殖力和行为变化.实验结果表明,温度进入-20~-10℃的区间,累计经14h以上,烟草甲虫在室外的存活率为0;温度进入-10~0℃的区间,累积经 54h以上,烟草甲幼虫在室外的存活率为0;温度进入0~4℃区间,累计经过360 h以上,烟草甲幼虫致死率高达75%.此外,低温还影响了烟草甲的繁殖力和行为能力.
In order to monitor the temperature change inside and outside No.1 storehouse of tobacco raw materials in Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,and to explore the relationship between it and the mortality of tobacco beetle larvae.In this experiment,tobacco beetle larvae were exposed to different low temperature environments in winter,and their survival rate,fecundity and behavior changes were observed by different treatment time.The experimental results showed that the survival rate of tobacco beetle outdoors was 0 when the temperature entered the range of-20~-10℃for more than 14 hours,and the survival rate of tobacco beetle larvae was 0 when the temperature entered the range of-10~0℃for more than 54 hours.The survival rate of tobacco beetle larvae was as high as 75%when the temperature entered the range of 0~4℃for more than 360 hours.In addition,low temperature also affected the fecundity and behavior ability of tobacco beetle.
