不同水稻品种萌发期锑耐性综合评价

摘要
水稻是重要的粮食作物,锑毒害严重影响水稻的生长发育.为筛选耐锑水稻品种,该研究选取 8 个水稻品种种子,于萌发期测定其根长、芽长、株高、发芽势和发芽率等指标,利用隶属函数、主成分分析、聚类分析、回归分析等鉴定萌发期锑耐性,建立萌发期对锑耐性综合评价模型并筛选出适宜的评价鉴定指标.结果表明,9个相关指标离散程度不同,变异系数范围为 18.66%~61.81%,8个品种处理间各性状数据差异均达到显著水平;主成分分析将 9 个单项指标转化为 3 个新的综合指标,累计贡献率达 85.82%;通过聚类分析将 8 个品种分为强锑耐性品种 1 个,中度锑耐性品种 3 个,锑敏感品种 4 个.
Abstract
Rice is an important food crop.Antimony toxicity seriously affects the growth and development of rice.In order to screen antimony tolerant rice varieties,the seeds of 8 rice varieties were selected in this study,and their root length,bud length,plant height,germination energy and germination rate were measured at germination stage.Antimony tolerance at germination stage was identified by membership function,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and regression analysis,a comprehensive evaluation model for antimony tolerance during germination was established,and appropriate evaluation indexes were selected.The results showed that the dispersion degree of the nine related indexes was different,the coefficient of variation ranged from 18.66%~61.81%,and the data differences of each trait between the eight varieties reached a significant level.Principal component analysis transformed 9 individual indicators into 3 new comprehensive indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.82%.Through cluster analysis,the eight varieties were divided into 1 strong antimony tolerance variety,3 medium antimony tolerance varieties and 4 antimony sensitive varieties.
