苗药金钱豹生态适宜性区划分析

摘要

为分析影响金钱豹分布的主要生态因子,探究其生态适宜分布区域.该研究应用地理信息系统(ArcGIS)和最大熵(Max-Ent)模型对 119个金钱豹地理分布点信息及 37 个生态因子进行生态位模拟,明确影响金钱豹潜在分布的主要环境因子及适生区.结果表明,影响金钱豹的生态适宜性的主要环境因子为最冷月最低温、昼夜温差月均值、年均降水量及海拔等因素.其中,最冷月最低温在 5℃、昼夜温差月均值在 6℃,年均降水量在 1 607 mm、海拔在 731 m时最适宜金钱豹生长.金钱豹生长的潜在高适生区,主要位于贵州西南部、四川东部、云南东南部、广西、广东北部和福建中部.该研究基于MaxEnt模型建立的金钱豹潜在分布区分析数据,可为其资源保护与利用、栽培基地选择等提供参考.

Abstract

In order to analyze the main ecological factors affecting the distribution of Campanumoea javanica,explore its ecological suitable distribution area.In this study,geographic information system(ArcGIS)and maximum entropy model(MaxEnt)were used to simulate 119 geographical distribution points and 37 ecological factors,and identify the main environmental factors and suitable areas affecting the potential distribution of Campanumoea javanica.The results showed that the main environmental factors affecting the ecological suitability of Campanumoea javanica were the lowest temperature in the coldest month,the monthly mean value of diurnal temperature difference,the average annual precipitation and altitude.Among them,the average annual precipitation is 5℃,the monthly average temperature difference between day and night is 6℃,the average annual precipitation is 1 607 mm,and the altitude is 731 m.The potential areas of high suitability for Campanumoea javanica growth are mainly located in southwest Guizhou,eastern Sichuan,southeast Yunnan,Guangxi,northern Guangdong and central Fujian.The potential distribution data of Campanumoea javanica based on MaxEnt model can provide reference for its resource protection and utilization and cultivation base selection.
