创新型人力资本对乡村振兴的影响研究

摘要
针对创新人才驱动下乡村振兴路径以及动力来源多样化特征,基于中国省域面板数据,系统构建乡村振兴评价指标体系,探究中国各省乡村振兴水平的异质性结构,并深入探索创新型人力资本对于乡村振兴的作用路径和动力机制.研究发现,创新型人力资本对乡村振兴有显著的促进作用,此外创新型人力资本对乡村振兴的正向影响存在区域异质性,创新型人力资本能显著提升中部地区和西部地区的乡村振兴水平,且对西部地区的提升作用最大.
Abstract
Aiming at the diversified characteristics of rural revitalization paths and power sources driven by innovative human resources,based on China's provincial panel data,the study systematically constructs a rural revitalization evaluation index system,explores the heterogeneous structure of the level of rural revitalization in each province in China,and deeply explores the role of innovative human capital in rural revitalization paths and power mechanisms.The study finds that innovative human capital has a significant role in promoting rural revitalization,and there is regional heterogeneity in the positive impact of innovative human capital on rural revitalization,and innovative human capital can significantly improve the level of rural revitalization in the central region and the western region,and the western region has the greatest role in the improvement.
