This study aims to explore the green production management techniques of Zhangjiajie berry tea to improve yield and quality while protecting the ecological environment.Firstly, the selection of berry tea varieties and the criteria for site selection are introduced, including considerations such as altitude, terrain, water sources, and soil conditions.Subsequently, key steps in tea garden construction are discussed, including ditch excavation, soil improvement, and reservoir pruning.Regarding seedling propagation, the design of trenches and the timing of cuttings are proposed.Furthermore, soil and fertilizer management, field management, and cultivation management in tea gardens are analyzed, including techniques such as fertilization, pest and disease control, and pruning. Finally, the processing technology of berry tea is explored, including traditional frying and drying methods,as well as physical and biological engineering methods, and their impact on tea quality.
