遵义市农业现代化研究——以习水县山地特色农业发展为例

摘要
习水县山地特色农业依托当地资源优势,通过创新思路和政策支持,形成突出特色优势、集聚集约发展、绿色生态循环、增效增收共赢的农业发展模式和以"五+"为核心的农业产业体系.但同时习水县山地特色农业也面临着农业产业结构不够优化、农业生产条件不够优越、农业发展理念滞后、农产品品质不高、市场认知度不高和人才流失严重等问题.因此,实现山地农业的高质量发展需要从多个层面,采取多项措施协同发力才能完成发展的重任.
Abstract
Relying on the advantages of local resources,through innovative ideas and policy support,Xishui mountain agriculture has formed an agricultural development model with outstanding characteristic advantages,concentrated and intensive development,green ecological cycle,efficiency and income increase and win-win agricultural industry system with"Five Plus"as the core.But at the same time,the mountain characteristic agriculture in Xishui County is also faced with some problems,such as the agricultural industrial structure is not optimized,the agricultural production conditions are not superior,the concept of agricultural development lags behind,the quality of agricultural products is not high,the market awareness is not high,the brain drain is serious and so on.Therefore,in order to achieve the high-quality development of mountain agriculture,we need to take a number of measures to achieve the important task of development.
