农业高职院校劳动教育体系构建思考

摘要
劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务的现实要求,该文在分析农业高职院校深入实施劳动教育的现实需求基础上,阐述新时代劳动教育深刻内涵和农业高职院校实施劳动教育重要原则.最后,从组织保障、人才培养、课程体系、师资队伍、劳动实践、课程评价等方面构建农业高职院校劳动教育体系.该文可为农业高职院校开展劳动教育提供一定借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Labor education is the realistic requirement of implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.On the basis of analyzing the practical needs of in-depth implementation of labor education in agricultural vocational colleges,this paper expounds the profound connotation of labor education in the new era and the important principles of implementing labor education in agricultural vocational colleges.Finally,the labor education system of agricultural vocational colleges is constructed from the aspects of organizational guarantee,personnel training,curriculum system,teaching staff,labor practice,curriculum evaluation and so on.This paper can provide some reference and reference for agricultural vocational colleges to carry out labor education.
