乡村振兴是中国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要保障,具有深远的意义和重大价值.为全面服务乡村振兴工作,充分发挥涉农高职院校在我国乡村振兴工作中的服务功能,笔者基于咸阳职业技术学院近年来林草产业项目在推动"三农"人才队伍建设方面发挥的示范和带动作用,阐述该校为科学高效服务地方"三农"发展,在乡村振兴战略背景下基于"三农"人才队伍建设所做的尝试和探索,以期为"三农"人才队伍建设提供一定的理论参考和实践借鉴.
Rural revitalization is an important guarantee for China to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,which is of far-reaching significance and great value.In order to fully serve the rural revitalization work and give full play to the service function of agricultural vocational colleges in China's rural revitalization work,based on the demonstration and leading role played by the forest and grass industry project of Xianyang Vocational and Technical College in promoting the construction of talents for agriculture,rural areas and farmers in recent years,the author expounds that the school serves the development of local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"scientifically and efficiently.The attempt and exploration based on the construction of the talent team of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the strategic context of rural revitalization,in order to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the construction of the talent team of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
