The self-reliance and self-reliance of agricultural science and technology is the only way to achieve a strong agricultural and technological power,the key to ensuring the stable and safe supply of national food and important agricultural products,and an important measure to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.This paper analyzes the importance of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement in rural revitalization,and discusses that in the current context of rural revitalization,rural areas are facing some difficulties.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of agricultural science and technology self-reliance and self-reliance in the process of rural revitalization from three aspects:the construction of agricultural science and technology infrastructure,the training and introduction of agricultural science and technology talents,and the promotion of farmers'science and technology consciousness,so as to promote the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas more scientifically and efficiently.
