数字乡村建设驱动阜阳农村公共文化服务高质量发展的路径研究

摘要
数字乡村建设能为公共文化服务高质量发展提供保障、基础和动力,同时也面临公共文化服务发展整体滞后、城乡公共文化服务发展不平衡、对高质量发展的重要性认识不到位等诸多挑战.农村公共文化服务高质量发展能实现城乡融合发展、重塑文化价值理念以及提升文化服务效能.因此,应从建设高质量发展必备的数字文化资源、完善与高质量发展配套的文化服务、打造高质量发展需要的数字人才等方面推动农村公共文化服务高质量发展.
Abstract
Digital rural construction can provide guarantee,foundation and power for the high-quality development of public cultural services.At the same time,it is also faced with many challenges,such as the overall lag in the development of public cultural services,the unbalanced development of public cultural services in urban and rural areas,and the lack of understanding of the importance of high-quality development.The high-quality development of rural public cultural services can achieve the integrated development of urban and rural areas,reshape the concept of cultural values and improve the efficiency of cultural services.Therefore,we should promote the high-quality development of rural public cultural services from the aspects of building digital cultural resources necessary for high-quality development,improving cultural services matched with high-quality development,and creating digital talents needed for high-quality development.
