China,as a populous country in the world,is facing the grim reality of large population and little land.This national condition has promoted the transformation of the mode of agricultural production from the traditional mode of protective use of arable land and the combination of use and cultivation to a modern agricultural mode with high input and high output.However,this transformation has also brought problems such as salinization,acidification,decrease of organic matter content and destruction of microbial ecological environment in arable land.In order to ensure food security and strengthen the protection and promotion of arable land,this paper deeply analyzes the core problems of arable land in Ji'an City,and puts forward four strategies for the protection and promotion of arable land:refinement,adjustment,reform and replacement.At the same time,this paper also gives specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the security system of arable land construction,management and protection,and build a solid security cornerstone of grain production.It is hoped that these analyses and suggestions can provide valuable reference for the protection and quality improvement of arable land in our country.
