摘要
生态振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容和必然要求,四川赤水河流域作为赤水河流域的重要部分,其面临的生态振兴难题较为典型.研究发现,目前四川赤水河流域主要通过强化重点污染整治,强化生态修复,加强污染联治和执法联合等方式促进生态振兴,但还面临着经济发展与生态保护协调难、矿山开采遗留任务重、石漠化问题治理难三大问题,建议坚持绿色发展,探索生态与经济协同增效机制;引入社会力量,开发式治理矿山遗留环境问题;加强问题整改,多种方式解决石漠化问题.
Abstract
Ecological revitalization is an important content and inevitable requirement of rural revitalization.Sichuan Chishui River Basin,as an important part of Chishui River Basin,is facing a typical problem of ecological revitalization.It is found that at present,the Chishui River Basin in Sichuan promotes ecological revitalization mainly by strengthening the treatment of key pollution,strengthening ecological restoration,strengthening the combination of pollution control and law enforcement,but it is still faced with three major problems:the coordination of economic development and ecological protection,the heavy tasks left over by mining,and the difficulty of rocky desertification control.It is suggested that we should adhere to green development and explore the synergistic mechanism of ecology and economy.Introduce social forces,develop and control the environmental problems left over by mines,strengthen problem rectification and reform,and solve the problem of rocky desertification in various ways.
