农业硕士人才培养的现存问题、国别借鉴与体系优化研究——以江南大学农村发展硕士为例

中文摘要：加强农业硕士人才培养对推动乡村人才振兴具有重要意义.该文以江南大学全日制农村发展专业硕士研究生为例,从生源基础、课程设置、培养机制和就业方向 4 个方面对农业推广硕士的培养情况进行深入分析.研究发现,现阶段研究生培养存在学生缺乏学科背景、课程设置不够合理、培养体系构建不完善和就业状况不理想等问题.在借鉴瓦赫宁根大学农业硕士培养经验的基础上,构建以人才培养目标、拓宽国际视野、优化课程建设和搭建就业平台为核心的"四位一体"农业硕士人才培养体系.

外文摘要：Strengthening the training of agricultural postgraduate students'talent is of great significance in promoting the revitalization of rural talents.Taking the full-timepostgraduates majoring in Master of Rural Development in Jiangnan University as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the training of agricultural extension masters from four aspects:the basis of students,curriculum,training mechanism and employment direction.It is found that at the present stage,there are some problems in postgraduate student training,such as lack of discipline background,unreasonable curriculum,imperfect training system and unsatisfactory employment situation.On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of training agricultural postgraduate studentsin Wageningen University,this paper constructs a"four-sphere"agricultural postgraduate student talent training program with the core of advocating the talent training goal,broadening international vision,optimizing curriculum construction and building an employment platform.
