On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the integration of industry and education,rural revitalization,vocational education and e-commerce talents,this thesis researches the current situation of e-commerce talents cultivation mode of vocational education empowering rural revitalization in the context of the integration of industry and education.The vocational education empowering rural revitalization talent cultivation mode is constructed with teaching as the way,practice as the means and effect as the core,supplemented by three teaching and three evaluation methods of school tutors,enterprise tutors and rural tutors,forming a talent cultivation system with the coordinated development of"specialization and creation,virtue and skill,industry and education".The adoption of digital management and evaluation system facilitates dynamic monitoring and real-time adjustment of the progress of the operation mechanism,and ensures the long-term development of rural revitalization of e-commerce talents through the closed-loop approach to the cultivation mode.
