抓实农牧民党员教育 助力乡村振兴——以新疆昌吉市为例

摘要
农牧民党员是乡村振兴的领导者、组织者、推进者、示范者、引领者,在乡村振兴中发挥至关重要的作用.对乡村振兴背景下新疆昌吉市农牧民党员教育现状进行分析,找出存在问题及原因,并从以下几方面提出建议.切实把农牧民党员教育纳入重要工作日程、加强农牧民党员教育针对性、促进农牧民党员教育与乡村振兴相统一、营造干事创业良好氛围.
Abstract
The Party members among farmers and herdsmen are the leaders,organizers,promoters,demonstrators and leaders of rural revitalization,and play a vital role in rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the education of party members among farmers and herdsmen in Changji City,Xinjiang,in the context of rural revitalization,this paper finds out the existing problems and causes,and puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects:earnestly put the education of party members among farmers and herdsmen into the important work agenda,strengthen the pertinence of the education of party members among farmers and herdsmen,promote the unity of party education of farmers and herdsmen with the revitalization of rural areas,and create a good atmosphere for doing business.
