摘要
数字乡村建设是乡村振兴的基本要求,也是农村经济高质量发展的基础.但目前数字乡村建设还面临一系列问题,包括农村基础设施薄弱,资源开发困难;农村专业人才不足,农民发展受限;乡村治理能力不足,数字监管缺失等.只有将新质生产力应用其中,以新质生产力赋能乡村生产、人才振兴和数字治理,才能更好地破解数字乡村当前面临的难题.具体实施路径包括普及数字设施,开发乡村资源;培育专业人才,推动农民发展;发挥创新驱动,实现数字治理,从而不断提升数字乡村的建设水平,实现农业高质量发展.
Abstract
The construction of digital villages is not only a fundamental requirement for rural revitalization but also the cornerstone of high-quality rural economic development.However,the current development of digital villages is faced witha series of challenges,including the weak rural infrastructure,the difficulties in resource development,the insufficient rural professional talents,the constraints on rural development for farmers,the inadequate rural governance capacity,and the lack of digital supervision.Only by integrating new productive forces and empowering rural production,talent revitalization,and digital governance with these forces can we better address the current difficulties faced by digital villages.Specific implementation paths include popularizing digital facilities,developing rural resources,cultivating professional talents,promoting farmer development,encouraging innovation,and realizing digital governance,thereby continuously improving the construction level of digital villages and achieving high-quality agricultural development.
