数字技术助力乡村振兴的掣肘与突破路径

摘要
党的二十大指出,全面建设社会主义现代化国家最艰巨最繁重的任务仍在农村.数字乡村是实现农业农村现代化的重要途径.虽然农村地区推广数字技术虽然已经取得成效,但是农村数字基础设备薄弱、农民数字化意识不高、乡村数字人才稀缺、高校教育模式匹配度不高和网络安全等问题严重影响到数字技术对乡村振兴的赋能效应.因此,该文从数字乡村政策、提升数字化意识、培养数字化人才、保障乡村网络安全和改革高校教育等方面提出对策建议,为推进乡村数字建设、实现农村经济高质量发展提供可参考借鉴的经验.
Abstract
The 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way is still in rural areas,and the digital rural area is an important way to realize agricultural and rural modernization.The promotion of digital technology in rural areas has achieved results,but the empowerment effect of digital technology on rural revitalization is seriously affected by the weak digital infrastructure in rural areas,the low digital awareness of farmers,the scarcity of digital talents in rural areas,the unmatched degree of educational models in colleges and universities,and network security.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of digital rural policy,raising digital awareness,training digital talents,ensuring rural network security,reforming higher education and so on,thereby can provide reference experience for promoting rural digital construction and realizing the high-quality development of rural economy.
