Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the development of county-level rural e-commerce can not only activate the vitality of rural industrial development,but also provide important impetus for promoting digital rural construction.At present,county-level rural e-commerce enterprises generally face problems such as talent shortage and management upgrading.In view of the reality of human resource management of small and medium-sized e-commerce in the county in the context of rural revitalization,this paper selects organizational commitment and employee loyalty as research variables,and deeply analyzes the action mechanism between the two observation variables,in order to provide meaningful reference for the transformation and upgrading of human resource management mode of rural e-commerce enterprises through relevant research conclusions.
