As an important main body to promote the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the county government plays an important role in the development of rural specialty industries.Taking the strategy of rural revitalization as the direction,and taking Luochuan specialty apple industry as an example,this paper summarizes the present situation of Luochuan apple industry development,and explains the main methods and achievements of Luochuan county government in developing specialty apple industry,and further summarizes the relevant experience of Luochuan County government in promoting the development of specialty industry,in order to provide experience reference for other counties in developing specialty industries.
