广西高校服务乡村人才振兴的思考——基于马克思主义人才思想的视角

摘要
乡村振兴的关键在于人才振兴.高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,要充分发挥其作用,努力为解决乡村人才发展的现实问题提供人才支持.目前关于乡村人才振兴的方面还存在着人才队伍结构单一、质量参差不齐以及人才资源开发不足的情况,阻碍乡村的发展,为此要坚持以马克思主义人才思想为指导,调整和重塑人才培养目标,为乡村振兴培养多元化复合型的人才,充分利用自身所拥有的人力资源,为乡村的发展输送高质量、高素质、多元化的人才,为实现乡村的人才振兴做出贡献.
Abstract
The key to the revitalization of the rural areas lies in the revitalization of talents.As an important position of talent training,colleges and universities should give full play to their role and strive to provide talent support for solving the practical problems of rural talent development.At present,there are still some problems in the revitalization of rural talents,such as single talent structure,uneven quality and insufficient development of human resources,which hinder the development of rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory of talents,adjust and reshape the goal of talent training,cultivate diversified and compound talents for rural revitalization,and make full use of their own human resources,so as to provide high-quality and diversified talents for the development of rural areas,and contribute to the revitalization of rural talents.
