The purpose of this article is to explore the effective ways to overcome poverty and revitalize the rural areas.Through the in-depth analysis of the four dimensions of policy coordination and institutional guarantee,industrial integration and development,resource integration and optimal allocation,and personnel training and introduction,this paper puts forward specific implementation strategies.At the policy level,we should build a unified system and strengthen policy propaganda and interpretation to ensure its smooth implementation.In terms of industry,we should promote the deep integration of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization of industries,and promote economic diversification through the cultivation of emerging industries.In terms of resource integration,it is necessary to improve the integration mechanism,strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.In terms of personnel training,we should increase investment in rural education and introduce external talents to provide intellectual support for rural revitalization.The implementation of these measures will effectively promote the docking of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and promote the sustainable development of the rural economy.
