This paper makes a systematic analysis on the development of rural tourism in Hunan Province,focusing on the challenges in personnel training,service quality improvement and infrastructure construction in this field.First of all,it reviews the theory and practice of rural tourism development and talent training at home and abroad,with special emphasis on the goal and demand of talent training,the existing mechanism and model,as well as the evaluation of education and training resources.Then,through SWOT analysis,it reveals the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of rural tourism management personnel training in Hunan vocational colleges.On this basis,the strategic choice of adopting SO strategy and formulating specific strategic objectives is put forward,and the path of personnel training is designed,including interdisciplinary curriculum,industry-education integration and international cooperation,technology integration and online education and other measures.Finally,the importance of monitoring and evaluation was emphasized to ensure that the strategies implemented effectively achieve the desired objectives and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of education.The research and analysis of this paper will help to provide reference for the personnel training of rural tourism majors in Hunan vocational colleges,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism and further promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
