Relying on the rich Red resources in Guangzhou and using SWOT strategic analysis tools,this paper deeply discuss-es the current situation and prospects of the application of Red resources in the ideological and political education of rural grass-roots cadres.The study found that Guangzhou Red resources have many advantages,such as rich and vivid,distinctive features and remarkable educational effect,but at the same time,they are also faced with disadvantages and challenges such as low degree of u-tilization,disconnection between historical cognition and practical needs,and single traditional educational contents and methods.On this basis,the article puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the combination of history and reality,innovating e-ducational methods,improving the quality and ability of ideological and political teachers,and establishing cooperation mechanism,in order to give better play to the unique role of Guangzhou Red resources in ideological and political education.To promote the in-depth development of ideological and political education for grass-roots cadres in rural areas.This study not only helps to im-prove the quality and ability of rural grass-roots cadres,but also provides an important ideological guarantee and spiritual motivation for Rural Revitalization Strategy and high-quality development.
